PSA Oxygen Gas Plant

PSA Principle.

This Process consists of 2 Vessels filled with Molecular Sieves (MS) and Activated Alumina. Clean Compressed Air
at30°C temperature is passed through one Vessel and oxygen comes out as product Gas. The exhaust Gas (Nitrogen)
is discharged back into atmosphere. Upon saturation of the Molecular Sieves bed, the process switches oxygen
Generation to the other bed by automatic valves while allowing the saturated bed to undergo regeneration. by
depressurization and purging to atmospheric pressure. This is 2 vessels keep cycling alternately in oxygen production
and regeneration ensuring oxygen Gas is continuously available to your Process.

►How It Works – PSA

PSA oxygen generators/creators are installed with the well-known and sublime Pressure Swing immersion technology. Atmospheric air comprises 20- 21 oxygen and the PSA process utilizes Zeolite molecular sieves to prize this Oxygen from the air. Oxygen at 95 is delivered, while the nitrogen adsorbed by the molecular sieves is vented back into the air through the exhaust line.

Upon achromatism of the molecular sieve bed, the process switches Oxygen generation to the other bed by automatic faucets, while allowing the impregnated bed to suffer rejuvenescence by depressurization and purging to atmospheric pressure. therefore 2- vessels keep cycling alternatively in Oxygen product and rejuvenescence icing Oxygen gas is continuously available to your process.

►Flow Range

PSA Oxygen generators/creators can impeccably flow oxygen from 1 nm3/ hr to 200 nm3/ hr. For advanced overflows, we recommend VPSA oxygen creators.

►Oxygen chastity

PSA oxygen generators/creators induce 95 pure oxygen gas, with the balance substantially being a blend of inert feasts similar to nitrogen and argon. While this chastity of gas is suitable for numerous operations similar to water sanctification, and furnace enrichment, it may not be suitable for operations where 99 chastity is a mustn't be entered.

►Pressure

Our PSA oxygen generators can deliver oxygen directly at 5 kg/cm2g pressure without additional effort, making them suitable for most uses. To add the additional booster to the customer's catalog of oxygen generators we are capable to deliver as per customer requirements. 

►Dew Point

Our PSA oxygen plant delivers very dry and pure gas, with a dew point (-) 40°C. For the detection of gas dryness, we also render the measuring machinery to the customer's destination.
